Easy Steps for Perfect Pasta: 1. Boil water; 1/2 box – 3 qt. full box – 4 qt; salt to taste. 2. Add pasta and re-boil. 3. Cook uncovered. Stir occasionally for 10 -12 minutes. 4. Drain. Cooking time 10-12 minutes.
