Collection
Small packages or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments from one or more of your chosen retailers are sent to our consolidation facility in Grand Cayman for processing.
Step 1
Repacking
CGO unpacks the shipments, removes excess packaging to minimize dimensional weight, and combines items into larger boxes, pallets, or containers.
Step 2
Linehaul
The consolidated load is transported via Cayman Airways Cargo or Thompson Shipping to the Sister Islands—Little Cayman or Cayman Brac—using cost-effective methods. Each package will include the recipient's name, email, phone, or WhatsApp number. Air cargo orders must be finalized 4 hours before 2 pm, Monday to Friday, including perishable foods and Bento orders. Sea cargo orders need to be placed by Saturday for departure on Tuesday or Wednesday, weather permitting.
Step 3
Deconsolidation & Delivery
CGO will email you or send a WhatsApp message with your Airway Bill number and the estimated arrival time of your flight or barge. Upon arrival, you will receive details on where to collect your shipment at the airport or dock. The buyer is responsible for collecting the shipment on the day it arrives.

The base freight charge set by KX Air Cargo is CI$2.00 per kilogram (approximately 2.2 pounds). This rate forms the fundamental cost of transporting your shipment. Beyond this, additional fees apply based on the package weight and destination specifics. For shipments weighing less than 20 pounds, there is a CI$10 delivery fee to KX cargo facilities.
