INGREDENT

DIRECTIONS

Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Stovetop (recommended): Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray or add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil and preheat over medium. Add frozen burgers and cook covered for 10 to 11 minutes, turning occasionally through cooking. Grill: Preheat grill on medium heat. Grill frozen burgers for 12 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent burning. Microwave (1000 watt): 3 minutes place 1 frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes, turn over and cook for another 1-1/2 minutes. For Food Safety and Quality, Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
Gourmet toppings: avocado salsa in a small bowl, mix 2 avocados (pitted and smashed),1 medium tomato (seeded and chopped), 1 diced small onion, 1 jalapeno (seeded and minced), 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro and 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice. Sriracha mayo: in a small bowl, mix together 1 cup mayo (or vegan option), 1/4 cup sriracha hot sauce, 1 tbsp milk (or vegan option) and 1 tsp sea salt.
