DIRECTIONS
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: 16-20 mins. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake frozen plant-based tenders on a nonstick baking sheet for 16 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through. 6-1/2 – 8-1/2 mins. Microwave (1100 Watt)/Oven: Short on time? Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place two frozen plant-based tenders on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once halfway through. 14-16 mins. Countertop Air Fryer: Arrange single layer of plant-based tenders on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 400 degrees F for 14 to 16 minutes. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook – it’s not meat! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
