DIRECTIONS

Cooking Instructions. Microwave (1100 watt): Place 1 frozen burger on a microwave-safe plate, microwave on high for 70 seconds, turn over and cook for another 70 seconds. For 2 burgers, microwave for 2 minutes, turn, and cook for another 2 to 2 minutes 10 seconds. Stovetop: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen burgers, covered, for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen burgers on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 13 to 14 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
Gourmet Toppings: Avocado Salsa in a small bowl, mix 2 avocados (pitted and smashed),1 medium tomato (seeded and chopped), 1 diced small onion, l jalapeno (seeded and minced), 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro and 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice. Sriracha Mayo: In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup mayo (or vegan option), 1/4 cup sriracha hot sauce, 1 tbsp milk (or vegan option) and 1 tsp sea salt.
