Amy’s Pad Thai and Thai Red Curry have been so popular with our customers that we were thrilled when our friend, who created the recipes, came to us with a recipe for another Thai dish, Thai Green Curry. We simmer organic fire roasted sweet potatoes and red bell peppers with organic green beans, yellow zucchini and tofu in our unique house-made curry sauce, then serve it over fragrant jasmine rice. The result is so delicious that we know you’ll be as delighted with this dish as we are. Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy?s Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy’s products.

DIRECTIONS
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir curry. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
