The hand-stretched, tender crust is made from organic flour with extra virgin olive oil and is covered with roasted organic onions, shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers and with marinated artichoke hearts. It is fully baked, allowing the flavor to soak into the crust for a delicious treat. Try cutting it into appetizer size pieces for your next party and it will remind you of the finest focaccia. Irresistible! Amy’s Kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs. Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy’s Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy’s products.

INGREDENT
Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Onions, Artichokes, Organic Red Onions, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Fire Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Organic Shiitake Mushrooms, Organic Agave Syrup, Balsamic Vinegar (Wine Vinegar, Grape Must), Sea Salt, Organic Tomato Puree, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Garlic, Lemon Juice, Yeast, Black Pepper, Spices.
DIRECTIONS
Directions: Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425 degrees F for 13-15 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
