DIRECTIONS
Microwave (for a 1200W microwave): Slit film to vent. Cook on high for 2 minutes 15 seconds, remove film, stir and recover, cook on high an additional 1 minute. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not place this bowl in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish and place on center rack. Cook for 40 minutes.
