Spinach Paneer – Spinach, Paneer (Pasteurized Milk, Nonfat Dry Milk, Acetic Acid), Onions, Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt), Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Broccoli, Cream, Water, Spices, Tomato Puree (Water, Tomatoes), Nonfat Dry Milk Powder, Garlic, Salt, Green Chili, Chickpea Flour, Sugar, Turmeric, Ghee (Clarified Butter), Fenugreek Leaves.Turmeric Rice – Water, Basmati Rice, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Salt, Spices, Turmeric.
DIRECTIONS
Cooking Directions: (1100 watt microwave). Puncture film 3 times. Microwave on high. Peel back film enough to stir gently. Re-cover with film. Heat on high. Let stand for 2 minutes, remove film & dig in!
