So, to make a good thing even better, we’ve created a whole meal by adding organic golden corn accented with green chiles, black beans and salsa. Eat and enjoy! Family owned since 1987. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy’s Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy’s products.

Organic Black Beans, Organic Corn, Filtered Water, Organic Corn Tortillas (Organic White Corn, Water, Trace of Lime), Monterey Jack and White Cheddar Cheeses (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Onions, Olives, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower and/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Green Chiles, Organic Bell Peppers, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Spices, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Annatto, Enzymes), Sea Salt, Organic Cilantro, Organic Garlic.
DIRECTIONS
Directions: Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on medium for 4-1/2 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir beans. Cook on high for 1 – 1-1/2 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
