DIRECTIONS
Quorn Meatless chiqin Fillets are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn meatless chiqin fillets reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above before serving For best results, cook on the Stove top. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate. Stove Top (12 min) In Sauce: Place Quorn meatless chiqin Fillets in a pan with your favorite sauce. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes flipping fillets frequently. Stove Top. 8 min. In oil. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Quorn meatless chiqin Fillets to skillet and cook, flipping occasionally for 8 minutes or until fillets are golden brown and thoroughly heated. Cook thoroughy.
