Pork Chops in a Spicy Honey Garlic Sauce Recipe or ADD a Mango Avocado Salsa on top

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 -1/2 pounds or 4 Pork Chops Ribe Eye or Tenderloin or Steaks
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 2-4 Season Peppers
- 1 smoked tablespoon Paprika
- ½ – 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper or 1/2 de-seeded Scotch Bonnet Pepper
- 1 – 2 tbsp natural Honey
- ½ – tablespoon Soy Sauce (optional)
- ½ teaspoon White pepper
- 1- 2 tablespoons of any cooking oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

In a food processor or finely chop garlic, Season peppers, Paprika, Cayenne, and Soy sauce or Honey are optional. Also, add water to your desired thickness to marinade.

Lightly salt pork, then marinate the pork with the honey garlic pepper mixture.

You may refrigerate until ready to cook. It will taste better when marinated for at least 30 minutes or more.

Add cooking oil and heat up a cast iron or grill pan until medium hot. Place pork loins, flipping once, until browned and cooked to desired doneness or you can also grill the steaks on med-high heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on the size/thickness and the tenderness you desire – the internal temperature should be at 145 degrees F. You can also use an Airfryer.
- Serve w/ Rice and Beans, Butter Mashed or Baked potato, Veg. Salad, Corn on the Cob

- 1 large mango peeled and diced
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 medium avocado diced
- ½ jalapeno seeded and diced
- 2- tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and fresh pepper to taste
