How It Works

The consolidation process typically follows a four-step cycle: Start by visiting any of the listed websites and placing your order. After making the payment, obtain the invoice or a screenshot of each order, then upload this information to the CGO website along with the estimated weight of your total order.

Collection
Small packages or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments from one or more of your chosen retailers are sent to our consolidation facility in Grand Cayman for processing.
Step 1
Repacking
CGO unpacks the shipments, removes excess packaging to minimize dimensional weight, and combines items into larger boxes, pallets, or containers.
Step 2
Linehaul
The consolidated load is transported via Cayman Airways Cargo or Thompson Shipping to the Sister Islands—Little Cayman or Cayman Brac—using cost-effective methods. Each package will include the recipient's name, email, phone, or WhatsApp number. Air cargo orders must be finalized 4 hours before 2 pm, Monday to Friday, including perishable foods and Bento orders. Sea cargo orders need to be placed by Saturday for departure on Tuesday or Wednesday, weather permitting.
Step 3
Deconsolidation & Delivery
CGO will email you or send a WhatsApp message with your Airway Bill number and the estimated arrival time of your flight or barge. Upon arrival, you will receive details on where to collect your shipment at the airport or dock. The buyer is responsible for collecting the shipment on the day it arrives.
Step 4
In person delivery curbside Departures at ORIA
We will also offer consolidated packaged drop off to ORIA Grand Cayman Airport curbside to an actual passenger travelling to Little Cayman or Cayman Brac for a fee of CI$25 for each box weighing under 55 pounds.

The base freight charge is CI$75.00 up to 75 pounds. An additional CI$50.00 applies for the Airway Bill and delivery service to TS on Grand Cayman. Port Authority fees are paid for by CGO. (get with your friends or co-workers and combine your orders into Consolidated bulk shipments and save)
All Port Authority fees (Sea cargo) are included in the overall cost and up to the first 75 Pounds.

If there is any damage to your package you must file a claim with your local Cayman Airways Representative on LCM or CBY. Once we send packages and have Airway bill we can WhatsApp pictures by your request.
